In a significant event, Honorable Vice Chancellor, Prof. Dr. Rahmat Ali Khan, took the initiative to plant a Moringa near the University's secretariat. Dr. Asad Hussain Shah orchestrated this ceremonial event, which served as a platform to introduce Moringa plants at the University. Prof. Dr. Sabahat Akram, Dean, Faculty of Social Sciences & Humanities, Prof. Dr. Muhammad Mahroof Khan, Treasurer, Dr. Shujaat Ali Rathore, Director, Estate as well as various Heads of Departments & members of administrative staff were present at the occasion.
Moringa is a special plant known for its incredible natural properties that are good for our health. Growing Moringa at the University could lead to important research, especially in finding ways to fight diabetes and high blood pressure.
