RATIONALE FOR THE QEC POLICY

This policy document defines a comprehensive set of policy instruments to develop the procedures of Quality Assurance for the Quality Enhancement Cell established in University of Kotli Azad Jammu & Kashmir. The document lay down QEC Vision and Mission Statement and precisely defined objectives and KPI’s to measure those quality benchmarks defined by QEC at University of Kotli AJ&K in line with HEC and the institution itself.

“The document underlines precise and efficient processes and procedures of quality assurance that can play an important role in building capacity of all those who are directly or indirectly involved in quality enhancement of UoK. These partners and stakeholders include the faculty, the management, the researchers, the students (current and perspective), the graduates and alumni, funding organizations, the employers of graduates; and the society. The objectives set out frameworks for assessment and evaluation of academic quality assurance & its enhancement”
