Introduction
The Directorate is headed by Director Student Affairs(DSA).The Director facilitate the students in various services including admissions,welfare,sports,health care,career counseling,guidence,scholarship,financial aid and hostel accommodation
The Student Affairs serves as a liason between student faculty and administration.The office function as a friend and guide to the student.The primary function of student Affairs Office is to be of assistance to students in any way possible.The Director provide all necessary arrangements to student from first admission inquiry to the last day at the campus it leads,directs,and administers overall function of student counseling,hostel residence,student societies and discipline.The important function of student Affairs Office is to enhance the quality of student life both in and outside the classroom.

Transport
University provides pick and drop facility to  the students within kotli city.Besides pick and drop facility,transport is provided to students for their tours/recreational trips o the recommendation of respective of Deans/Chairpersons of Faculties/Department.
Cafeteria
The Campus houses purposefully erected a cafeteria that caters to the needs of students and university employees.
University makes it sure that the food items served at cafeterias are fresh,nutritious as well as economical.
Health Care
Health care is considered most important both for students and employees of University.The university has hired the services of medical specialist to provide basic medical facilities to students and employees.
